Confirm Reseller Console purchase authorization duration discrepancies in LWS

When a purchase authorization (PA) is created on a monthly pro-ration date (for example, the PA is created on June 15 and the VIP anniversary date is September 15), the Reseller Console sometimes displays an incorrect PA duration of one month less than the actual duration.

This is a display issue only; the PA duration is still being calculated correctly. Resellers can confirm the correct PA duration by creating an order to fulfill the PA and checking the Duration field. The PA number must be referenced during the order creation process.
