In the April enablement session, we had communicated that eligibility for the old/existing Acrobat Pro price for VIP customers is determined by the customer’s anniversary date. However, we have revised that guideline, and we are now allowing customers with an anniversary date on or after July 1 to renew at the old/existing price if the order is booked before July 1.
