VIP Marketplace self-service reseller change process now available
Effective March 7, 2024, a new self-service reseller change process is available that allows a VIP Marketplace member to change their reseller without assistance from Adobe. If a VIP Marketplace member wants to purchase from a different reseller, the member may initiate the change by generating an authorization code in the Admin Console.

Partner Action Required! VIP 3-year Commit T&Cs reacceptance now available
The VIP 3-year Commit terms and conditions were updated on March 28, 2023 to add auto-renewal of a VIP Member’s VIP 3-year Commit (3YC) Minimum Number of Licenses (or Minimum Commit) upon migration to VIP Marketplace. This will allow VIP customers who have accepted VIP 3YC after March 28, 2023 to migrate to VIP Marketplace, since in VIP Marketplace 3YC requires auto-renewal of the Minimum Commit.
